WA Primary Health Alliance, with the guidance of members of the South West Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Collaborative, have partnered with My Community Directory to develop this directory. The aim of the directory is to assist people in the South West region of Western Australia to be emotionally and mentally well by linking them to local services that can support this.
Below you will find professionals to help if you or a family member are struggling with mental health, alcohol or drug use.
